By studying directly in industry, being guided by successful industrial practitioners, following industrial work procedures and using industrial work tools, in a short time program participants will truly have the qualities that meet the needs of the world of work.

Different from training or education by LPK or other campuses, IDEA's Corporate Academy trains comprehensively to form all aspects of professional employee skills who are ready to work, including: appearance, ethics, character, attitude, communication, foreign languages, knowledge, technical skills, procedures. work, procedures for using systems, materials and standard work tools for star hotels and cruise ships.

After completing the Corporate Academy program in just 3-4 months, all participants will be immediately recruited or placed by IDEA in company units, subsidiaries and business partners with the guarantee of a notary agreement. If you are not recruited or placed to work within 3 months after completing the training, 100% of the program fees paid by the participant will be refunded.
